Paralegal –Roxana Rodriguez
Roxana has been with our firm since July 2018. She advanced to Paralegal as of July 2020 and focuses on family immigration, naturalization, and immigration Court procedures. Roxana is extremely responsive, highly organized, and passionate about helping others. Prior to joining our firm, she earned over a decade of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Roxana thoroughly enjoys helping our clients in any way she can and is fluent in Spanish. A native of Mexico, Roxana has lived most of her life in the US. When Roxana leaves the office, she spends her time with her family, teaches Zumba class, and runs a photography business.
Paralegal –Chie D’Andrea
Chie joined our team in October 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She advanced to the role of Paralegal in June 2023. She is highly organized, detailed-oriented and comes to the firm with excellent legal experience as a Document Clerk/Paralegal with Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell. She also has attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nanzan University in Nagoya Japan and her Paralegal Certificate from the American Bar Association. Chie was born in Japan, but is now a Legal Permanent Resident, having gone through the resident procedure herself in the United States. She is ready to help immigrants through, at times, difficult procedures! In her spare time, Chie spends time with her son and spouse and volunteering in her community. Legal Assistant – Bryana Martinez
Bryana Martinez is our newest addition to the team! Graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in May 2023, Bryana is passionate to be a part of the legal community! She currently serves as a CASA for children in legal proceedings in Larimer County and has been an Assistant Manager for her family’s business since she was 17! She is incredibly hard-working, friendly, easy-going and aspiring to be a legal professional – hopefully remaining in the immigration field. In her very spare time, Bry spends time with her family and helping with their restaurant, shopping – both in person and online, and Starbucks!
